I ordered an item from you on 30Nov and your invoice indicates that it was shipped on 1Dec. It is not 20Dec and I still have not received item nor any responses to my inquiries as to where it is. I have tried to email you twice already. I received an email with the subject line stating "Arrival Notification", however the body of the email was empty and when I sign into my account, there is no arrival notification for me. Your website indicates international shipments will take about one week. It has been almost 3 weeks already!
